I am leader of the working group Atmospheric Dynamics, co-speaker of the Collaborative Research Centre Waves to Weather and coordinator of the EU-FP7 project Dynamics-Aerosol-Chemistry-Cloud Interactions in West Africa (DACCIWA). In addition I am the director of the Bachelor- and Master programmes in Meteorology at KIT.
